Membership Commitment

All memberships at Summit Hydration & Wellness require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. Membership fees are billed automatically on the schedule selected at enrollment.

Cancellation After Minimum Term

After the initial 3‑month minimum term is completed, memberships may be cancelled with written notice according to the cancellation procedures outlined in the Terms of Service.

Re‑Enrollment After Cancellation

If a member cancels their membership and later chooses to return:

  • They must re‑enroll at the current membership rate at the time of reactivation, or

  • At a rate that is 10% higher than their previous rate,

  • Whichever amount is greater.

This ensures fairness to active members and maintains consistency with clinic pricing updates.

Non‑Payment or Failed Payments

As stated in your existing policy, memberships may be suspended or terminated for non‑payment. If terminated for non‑payment, the member may also be required to re‑establish membership under a quarterly payment plan rather than month‑to‑month, at the clinic’s discretion.
