Appointments

Kate is the founder of Summit, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Reno Family Medical Group, where she partnered with Sarah DeLacey in ownership of the two practice locations on Mayberry and Willow.  Keeping the vision alive she pursued opening another direct primary care practice, the first of its kind in Sparks. 

Becca has worked in mental health for 13 years and is joining the Summit team under her Zen Mind collaboration to take appointments and offer services at the Summit location.

Sign up here for Adult Membership- $140 a month, minimum memberships are 3 months.  Less then the cost of insurance, and unlimited visits!

Child memberships are $75 per child, however the child must accompany an adult membership.  We do take infants.  We also do not administer any vaccinations. We will guide you on the appropriate vaccinations at the appropriate ages. Ages 0-17
